Yes, we specialize in long-term stays, with many of our guests booking for extended periods. Let us know how we can assist you further.

 We require one month's rent in advance and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent.

 Yes, visitors can use the facilities for a fee. The gym costs ₱90 per use, and the pool costs ₱100 per use.

 Yes, we have self-service laundry machines available. If you prefer handwashing, we also have a designated area at the back of the building.

 We love pets, but to ensure the comfort of all residents, we do not allow pets in the Residences.

 Dormitory rooms with their own toilet, bath, and AC are available at ₱10,900 per month, with electricity metered separately.

The billing is based on the most recent VECO rate, which can vary each month depending on the cost per kWh. On top of that, a 12% VAT and a 25% distribution cost are added.

Yes, we offer apartment-type accommodations for single occupancy, with studio units starting at ₱25,000 per month.

All Treewoods Residences units are for lease only, with a preference for long-term rentals. We offer both apartments and dormitory accommodations.
